SISTERHOOD WITH A PURPOSE

Choosing a sorority is about finding your people—the women who will celebrate your highest highs and carry you through your lowest lows. At the East Georgia Cancer Coalition, we build that same safety net for families facing cancer across our region.

LIFE HAPPENS. WE HAVE YOUR BACK.

Whether your future chapter is looking for a massive signature fundraising event, local hands-on volunteer hours, or personal health resources for a sister in crisis, we are your ultimate campus plug.

If you, a family member, or a future chapter sister receives a cancer diagnosis during your college years, you have immediate access to our completely free, confidential patient navigators who assist patients, family and friends. Save our information now—you never know when a sister will need it.

DID YOU KNOW?

Roughly 40% of all cancer cases and close to half of all cancer deaths are preventable through lifestyle modifications.

Melanoma is one of the most common cancers in young women aged 18–29. Protect your skin during game days at Sanford Stadium.

"Love skincare and wellness? Sign up to be your chapter's point of contact or “Wellness Liaison”. We will send your house a Restock Box of sunscreens, lip balms, and educational stickers for the semester, and you'll help pass them out before outdoor campus events!"

THE REALITY ON CAMPUS

1 in 3 people will face a cancer diagnosis in their lifetime. Statistically, every single sorority chapter on this campus will have a sister, an alumna, or a parent affected by cancer during your four years here. We are the organization that ensures no sister walks that path alone.

IMPACT YOU CAN SEE AND TOUCH

We don't fund distant abstract concepts. We fund the immediate, tangible needs of Georgia families—from paying for screenings, to providing patient grocery assistance, comfort supplies for patients, and more.
